This is a very inexpensive and practical backpack for the economy-minded camper, hiker, or hunter. It has plenty of room for all of your gear, and you can carry light, medium, or heavy loads with relative ease. Adding a sternum strap makes the job even easier.
I had a little trouble securing it to the frame (not military trained), but aside from that I have no real complaints. It's a bargain for the price.

The ALICE was in extremely good used condition, four small holes were expertly mended to better than milspec repair standardsd, all webbing was in excellent condition and the frame was like new.An excellent buy at $39.88. I'm looking forward to many years of use on this one!

Excellent condition! Two small repairs well beyond MILSPEC standard, Frame and webbing in excellent condition. Holds all my gear for weekend camping and/or fishing trips. Well worth the money!

A solid "fair" condition. Unit received has unpatched holes and fraying partially detached straps. I would not buy another thing from this company.

This thing is a Beast! It holds everything I need and then some. I am in the Marines (Infantry, 0311, 8154) and can honestly say that this "Outdated Surplus Pack" is better than our current issue Field Pack. It showed up within 5 days and in like new condition. The only thing that shows any wear is one of the shoulder straps, and that is minor. Great Price, Great Gear and Awesome Website.
